Serum Italia produces whey powder and whey protein concentrates (WPC) from the liquid whey delivered directly from the dairy producers. The advantage of our products lies mainly in the quality of the raw materials as they come from leading factories producing Italian PDO cheeses. The major development at our industrial site has been the investment in the latest technology to ensure our whey is nutritious, safe and sustainable.
