Who are we?
Serum Italia is based in Cazzago S. Martino, near Brescia, and is specialized in the sourcing & selecting the best available liquid cheese whey for further processing in our state-of-the-art factory to Whey Protein Concentrate 80%. In northern Italy, primarily in Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia Romagna, we select and collect the best available cheese whey. Serum Italia collects approximately 60.000mt of liquid whey, on dry matter basis.

Why this Privacy Statement?
We are responsible for protecting your personal data as well as possible. In doing so, we must comply with the requirements of the privacy regulations. Types of data
Name and address details
Which of your data we process depends on the contact we have with you:
- When you visit our website and use our systems, we collect data about your visit to our site, cookies and cookie settings via your IP address. We only use cookies that play a functional role within our website or services.
- If you request information from us, we ask you to provide your contact details so that we can send the information to you.
- If you become a customer, we need your contact details (name, address, place of residence, phone number and email address) in any case. We use this data for the performance of the agreement that we have with you.

We may process your personal data aimed at, among other things, the following activities in our company:

Improve and innovate
We use personal data to keep improving our products and services. To do this, we create reports and analyses of our services.
