If you think or know that certain behaviour within our chain violates the law, our compass, or internal rules, it is important to report it. You should always free to share your concerns with someone within Serum Italia. If you are unable to do so or wish to remain anonymous, you can use SpeakUp.
SpeakUp is the VanDrie Group's integrity tool. This is managed by an independent third party and is open to all employees (both permanent and temporary) as well as suppliers, customers, transporters and veal farmers. The system is not meant for consumer complaints or other questions or comments.
SpeakUp is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
