We achieve this by experienced & accurate fresh cheese whey selection and high quality production through years of expertise and knowledge of the Serum Italia team. Serum Italia is based in Cazzago S. Martino, near Brescia, and is specialized in the sourcing & selecting the best available liquid cheese whey for further processing in our state of the art factory to Whey Protein Concentrate 80%.
